Drink water before, during and after your meal, eat slowly;
if you already have the sensation of fullness (In your stomach) but you are
still hungry means you will probably overeat. Do not confuse being full with
being satisfied, if you eat very fast, your stomach can get bloated but you
will still be hungry.
Eat slowly, enjoy and constantly monitor your two sensors; your stomach for fullness and your brain for hunger (Am I still hungry or just eating unconsciously or because food is delicious?)
